Unlike most retreats that only focus on the on-site experience, Tandava provides:

2 weeks of 1:1 preparation to prepare your mind, body and nervous system.
5 days onsite in Mexico with our medical, facilitation and holistic care team.
4 weeks of personalized post retreat integration and aftercare.
